smitter
I have had my hx620w psu for around 8 months now. I think I purchased it from either overclockers or ebuyer. I have no paperwork to prove when purchased and wondered if corsair would still fix or replace the psu as it says on the box 5 year warranty. I just turned my pc on one morning and the psu just went with a loud pop. I have tried my friends psu to verify that the problem was with the psu and it was. I also wondered when you do send it in for repair or to be replaced if it is just the psu you need to send in or do you have to send all the leads etc with it and the original box it came in. Thanks for any help given :)
