IRAMBOI
HI, I just installed the psu and ive noticed while playing games i'm getting some serious fps lag. I was wondering is it because the psu isnt powerfull enough. My old psu is a 650w and everything runs smooth on that so i thought 650 would be plenty. Unless its a fault with the psu. Is there anyway i could test it? ATM im back on my old psu and everythings running fine. Any help solving this problem would be great thanks. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 26, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 26, 2009 I would make sure you have the latest BIOS for the motherboard, and then load setup defaults in the BIOS with the Corsair PSU installed in the system. The TX650 should have plenty of power for your system, so lack of power should not be a concern. You may also want to make sure your video card drivers are up to date, and if you still have problems, try using the latest video driver form both the graphics cards manufacturers website as well as the one available directly form Nvidia.
