I have a very very stable Striker II extreme with Q9450 and Corsair 1600 C7 with Geforce FTX 280 Running @ 3600/1800 CPU, 1600 777202T Rams, and it was very stable, I never had to reset my bios from the time I've got that beast (SIIE), so as you can see, I want to raise my ram to 1800 to match the CPU, what is the timing and voltages, and if I did it Automatically there will be no harm?

These are different CPU architectures. The OP has an i7 CPU and X58 chipset where the maximum recommended voltage on the memory is 1.65v. Higher can damage the CPU Integrated Memory Controller.

You do not have this issue with your different CPU and chipset architecture. You can try 1800 8-8-8-24 and 1.9 - 2.0v. Are you using the DRAM fan?
