Tymestream
I did some searching on the forums for 750 tx and fan but it did not yield any relevant results. My question is do some of these PSU's blow air out instead of suck air into their large fan? On bottom-mount PSU cases with a vent underneath it would make sense to have it blow out. However in a top mount case it causes air flow disruption. I had heard somewhere (perhaps NCIX) that some PSU's had the fan installed correctly - is this true? Any other thoughts? My PSU seems to blow air OUT of the 140mm fan. Thanks.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 20, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 20, 2009 The fan sucks in air and pushes air through the unit out the rear. At less than 50% load the PSU fan will spin very slowly and air can reflect off of the roof of the PSU and come back out the bottom. Let us know if you have any other questions!
