adogden
I don't know if this is the correct place for this post, but I've been working on a dvd Duplication tower, and I purchased a Corsair Power supply for it. The Problem I'm having is that the tower won't power up. I put in another power supply and it works just fine. And I took the corsair power supply, and powered up my computer with it, so I know it's functional. I just can't understand why it won't power up the Tower. I called Technical support over seas, and they were saying something about having to splice two wires on the power supply. Does anyone have any Idea what is going on. Wired
Without any specifics, no. What PSU did you get? Is this a commercial duplication tower, or one you built? What motherboard do you have? Is it ATX v2.01 or higher compliant?

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 17, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 17, 2009 The PSU will not power on unless you have the 24-pin connector attached to a motherboard. You can get around this by bridging two wires on the PSU, but I would not use this as a permanent solution. Here is a guide which explains how to do this: http://www.asktheramguy.com/v3/showthread.php?t=63991
