Intel DX48BT2 + CM3X2048-1600C9DHX @ 1333Mhz?

Hi:

 

I've seen lots of posts about the Intel DX48BT2 but haven't found a recipe that keeps the Vista 32 BSODs away with my configuration. I'm not trying to overclock or anything, just hoping to have my DDR3s running at top speed (1333MHz) with my processor & motherboard.

 

My Q9550 Extreme (333MHz FSB) should allow for 1333MHz, but defaults to 1066MHz in BIOS with the following settings:

 

tCL: 7

tRCD: 7

tRP: 7

tRASmin: 20

tRFC: 60

tRRD: 4

tWR: 8

tWTR: 4

tRTP: 4

Voltage: 1.54

 

Setting the overrides to 7-7-7-20-60-4-4-4-4 with a voltage of 1.70 (as seen in another post) still results in instant BSODs at login to Vista.

 

Is there a "known good" configuration for this mobo/processor/DIMM combinaton? If not, can you point me to the right Corsair part to ease my pain?

Boot to the Memtest CD and allow for two full passes. Then, if stable, enter Windows and run CPU-z. Post screenshots of CPU-z's CPU, Memory and SPD tabs.

Thanks man. I checked in to note that I typo'd some of my manual BIOS settings. Here's the correction (which still doesn't match yours):

 

9-9-9-24-60-4-4-4-4 V1.90.
