swisneski
We have been using the Flash Voyager USB keys for years to boot XPE to image and setup our computers and have never really had any problems with them. We just got 65 Flash Voyager 16GB keys in but can't get any of them to boot using the same method we've always used. All the older 16GB keys work fine (from ~6 mos. ago) but not the new ones. I just found post that said the controller was changed recently so I'm guessing that's the problem. I'm open to suggestions on what to try to get these working. For background, we use the HP format tool to format the keys first (NTFS), then mkbt.exe and nt2peldr.exe to make them bootable. Thx. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 10, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 10, 2009 You will most likely have to get updated versions of mkbt.exe and nt2peldr.exe files to make the drive boot able with that utility
