Choosing an UPS for an HX-620W

Hello,

This is the rig I'm planning to have by the end of this month. I'd like some opinions regarding the PSU and UPS required for it...:

Case: Antec 1200 (just the 6 default 120mm fans)

Side fan: Noctua NF-S12-800

CPU-Cooler: Noctua NH-U12P SE1366 (2 fans)

Motherboard: eVGA X58 SLI 132-BL-E758-A1

CPU: Intel i7 920

GPU: eVGA GTX 295

Sound card: X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Professional

Memory - Corsair 6GB (3x2GB) DDR 3 NQ PC3-12800C9 1600MHz

TV Tuner Card - PowerColor TV Wonder 600 Digital PCI Express

1 DVD Rom + 1 DVD-R/RW Writer (something between 20x-24x)

Main HDD – 640 GB WD Caviar 7.2RPM SATAII 16MB

Secondary hDD - 320 GB WD Caviar 7.2RPM SATAII 16MB

OS - Vista Ultimate x64

At first for the PSU I've decided on getting the Corsair HX-620W. Been told it's a really good PSU manufactured by Seasonic and can supply more than its name implies. However I've read some other contradicting opinions, saying it'll be pushed to its maximum, causing extra heat and noise.

Considering I do not plan on overclocking will I have any problem of the kind?

Now, regarding the UPS... I'm really not sure... I have a CyberPower OP-1000E - 700W, which is currently connected to a 500W build. Do you think another one of these would be enough for the new HX-620W build?

Or shall I go for a Cyberpower OP1500 UPS - 900W?

I also have a 48W monitor connected to the UPS if that matters...

As long as the UPS gives me about 30-50 min running on battery it would be ok for me.

Thanks! :o:
