Case #790120 - Still no reply after 2 weeks

I received an email from the Corsair Returns Department stating that they received my defective parts (TWIN3X2048-1800C7DFIN) on January 23th regarding a replacement but still no reply since then. I've sent the parts to the Returns Department in the Netherlands as I'm from Italy.

Now, can you check my RMA status? I've checked it myself but it still says N/A to every field.

I have sent them a message and asked our customer service to check into this and contact you ASAP, but I would suggest calling them if possible at 510-657-8747 Ext "3"

Ok, I received an email from Jelaide Ocbina. But there's a "little" problem. I've sent a pair of TWIN3X2048-1800C7DFIN (Dominator XMP RAM) and NOT this: "Your replacement of TW3X2G1600C9DHX has been processed via Ups...". Now what should I do? Can you contact them and say that they sent the wrong RAM?
