Vic-20, That sure isn't a 1980's Vic-20 computer. Sooo Sweeeet. Just don't give your real name and address else somebody may walk away with a killer of a system! Even the HC blends in really well with the color scheme. Stev

Hey Vic-20 nice rig! One question though. Looks liek you still have 2 fans (1 intake and 1 exhaust - not sure of size of your fans) plus your PSU also has dual fans. My question is do you really still need that air cooling in your case now that you are using the Hydrocool? Isn't reducing sound a consideration? I know that every rig is different, but what would be the minumum number of case fans that you would still need, when using the Hydrocool? sPaNk

At least 1 intake and 1 exhaust should be used. The rest of the computer still needs fresh air to stal cool ie: video cards, HD's. The CPU is just 1 of the many that need to be cooled. The NB and SB will make a system unstable if they get very hot.......

Thanks Guys! Unfortunely I still need all my case fans with 3 hard drives 2 of them are 10000RPM. My case the Lian Li 6070 is very silent but gives up in air flow department, with two Panaflo 80x80x25 32.1 CFM up front and one in the back. The temps exhausting the case before the HC would run of over 100-degrees Fahrenheit, now with the HC my temps are just above room temp, I do control the fans to quite them. Now just waiting for the northbridge and GPU waterblocks to come out to turn them down even more!

As far as looks go I would get the Lian-Li bezels to go over your CD drives and floppy. They are cheap and IMO make the case look better. Here is a pic of mine. I used to have one for my floppy as well before I decided to remove it. Have a look
Love how nice and neat everything is....a suggestion if I may? May be a little difficult to do, but put wiring loom on all of the PSU cables? Will make it look even better! (IMHO) Regards, Roger
Thanks, going to do the wiring loom on my next motherboard upgrade.
