LONG wait for new parts. case 1085235

Hi, could you check an RMA status for me. It's been since 23/12 that I send in broken memory parts. You received them a few days later. After that I received an e-mail apologizing for the delay and saying that my faulty parts would be replaced. I was given a choice of slower parts (more gigs) or a complete new DDR3 type part. The latter off course is no option because this would mean I need to change my whole system. So after proposing another part that exist in your products I had the feedback that this one was not available either. No other choice then to go for the slower parts. That was 2 weeks ago and now I'm still waiting for my new parts. Can you check this out please?

 

The parts where send to the Netherlands and I live in Belgium.
