Trouble with a RMA

I am having trouble initiating a RMA request.


I have previously attempted both the RMA Form and the Tech Xpress wizard (which also ended in a RMA request form).


I received a case number from the Tech Xpress wizard of 818273, but got no follow up email.


If nothing comes of this post, I will try the RMA form one last time using my work email address. I do not believe that the trouble is SPAM filter related, but it certainly feels like the emails are being blocked at my home email address.


Any assistance of information would be greatly appreciated.

Descripton of Problem:

Bought 2 x TWIN2X2048-8500C5DF... 4 RAM sticks... 4 GIG of ram.


System was unstable, with applications crashing and OS kernel panics (blue screen of death) on a regular basis.


Tested each module individually with memtest86, and two passed, and two failed.


Failed DIMMs now removed from system, and it is working perfectly. Entire week of up time with no abnormal behavior.


I would like to expedite RMA and the diagnosis seems definitive.
