Rma UPdate ... waiting since 12/02/08 !!!

hi, when can i get replacement part back?

I'm waiting for 6 weeks and still no news !!! if i call 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747, anyone could answer me in french because i dont speak english very well ???

I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status in Tech Support; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “3” or send them an email (rmaservice@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!


And you would pay the shipping to us and we will pay to chip them back.



I checked the case number and it does not show that we received your package, does the tracking information show it was delivered? Please contact our customer service and they will help you with this.

thank you for transmitting my problem ...

I have just received a message from tech support which say they're going to send me back a new psu ...


The problem was "A technical error has occurred during the RMA process for your replacement. Your RMA was stuck in the system causing it not to create a replacement automatically".
