Cmpsu-400cx

I just purchased a CMPSU-400CX power supply which has stopped working. This PSU was not available in the list on the Tech Suppot Express site in order for me to request an RMA.

 

The unit was purchased on December 10, 2008 and has just stopped working January 14, 2009.

 

Can you provide me with information as to how I might process an RMA request for this unit?

You would select the part is not listed and enter it manually CMPSU400VX.

I didn't notice a "part is not listed" entry anywhere on the Tech Support Express site, nor did I find a place to manually enter one. Perhaps there is a different web-site that I need to use?

 

Can I refer to your post and use the last option on the page?

 

edit: I decided to go through the "Memory:..." and "Flash..." drop-down lists, and both of those have a "not listed" item, however there is no such thing for the Power Supplies:

Thanks. After checking the other parts lists (and editing my post) I figured that's what you'd suggested I do. I did just as you described in your last post, and I think I successfully made it through that process.
