2 packs of memory faulty?

Hi, I ordered 2 packets of xms 2x1GB PC6400C4 RAM for my PC but I cannot get the computer to start with them. I have tried to use them in two different motherboards. From testing each stick individually it seems that each packet has 1 stick that works and 1 stick that doesn't. I have tried using tips from this website, such as altering memory voltage, timings and so on but it has not helped. I would run memtest but I can't get the computer to start unless I use my older memory. Can someone please assist me with this?

With 4 modules I would suggest setting the memory frequency at DDR667 and set the memory Voltage to 2.1 Volts and set the NB/MCH/SPP Voltage to +.2 Volts as well and test the system with http://www.memtest.org. In addition, with some MB's (Mostly ASUS) you have to disable legacy USB in the bios when running any memory test.

But if there are single modules failing then let's get them replaced, please use the On Line RMA Request Form and we will be happy to replace them.
