Possibly faulty stick of CM3X2G1600C9DHX

I have recently purchased a 2*2GB set of CM3X2G1600C9DHX DDR3 RAM. One stick appears to be faulty as my PC runs fine with just one of the 2 sticks in (I have changed slots in the motherboard, so I do not believe that to be the problem, with my meagre experience, at least), on its own or paired with the working one the other stick does not work.


Living in the UK, I am unsure as how to apply for help/ to whom to send it. Should I return it to the supplier (http://www.awd-it.com) ?


I have tried to use the automatic support desk, but to no avail, I cannot proceed past the first page.


Tried to search your forum, but could not find any relevant threads. Sorry if this has already been posted about.
