Case 773972 WHERE'S MY REPLACEMENT PSU?

It's been a long time since I sent in the faulty PSU and have yet to hear back from Corsair on it's replacement. I've placed two calls to support and the RMA extension and have not gotten any kind of response. What's up with you guys? You've given me great service when it came to the RAM in my computer, but have completely failed me on the PSU issue. This problem is causing me to reconsider my loyalty to Corsair. I need a response - NOW. Please don't say that you've been delayed because of the holidays, they come at the same time every year and should be planned for. Right now as I see it, I'm out well over $100 and have nothing to show for it. My frustration is continuing to grow.

Please call our Customer Service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Option “3” and they will help you solve the problem, and our hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time Monday through Friday excluding holidays!

Purchased from Newegg on 11/14/08. PSU failed on or about 12/7/08. Requested RMA on 12/8/08. Received confirming e-mail that Corsair had received the PSU on 12/17/08. And then...nothing. It's like the issue fell into a black hole. I just called customer service (btw, the voice mail greeting just after Christmas said no one would be in the office until after 1/5/09) and they said I should receive the new unit by 1/12/09.
