With the 8500 modules, make sure that you have the memory voltage set manually to 2.1 volts and if you still have the same problems then lets get the pair replaced! Please use the On Line RMA Request Form and we will be happy to replace them. Be sure to check the box that says “I've already spoken to Technical Support and/or RAM Guy.”

The Value Select kit should be replaced as well, however I would suggest that once you get an RMA number you should give our customer service a call at 888-222-4346 and dial "0", (510) 657-8747 or email rmaservice@corsairmemory.com and see if they can combine both RMA's for you so that you do not have to ship two different RMA's.

What is the exact part number printed on the memory label? TWIN2X1024-8500C5D would be a pair of 512MB modules, and we never made a 512MB version of the Dominator. It looks like the RMA has been approved, but I would like to make sure we have the correct part number listed.
