RMA Update

I am requesting an update on my RMA. TSX Case #714198 RMA #714198


The RMA department recieved my parts on 12/23/08


According to your own information i should have at least been contacted by the 26th of december. Its now the 31st and i still haven't been contacted and the rma hasn't been updated at all either. Please update me on the status of my RMA as your notification system appears to be broken, Thanks!

Q: Once I have sent the part, when should I receive it (or the replacement part) back?


A: Replacement will be sent via 3-day shipping method. It will be processed by Corsair within 72 hours of when we receive it (usually sooner), or you will be contacted.
