Here are the Specifications for the system and i may overclock it but not extreme.

Specifications

Intel Core i7 920 2,66GHz

XFX Nvidia GTX 260 "Black Edition"

Samsung SpinPoint F1 750GB

Corsair 3x2GB 1600 MHz DDR3 RAM

And to my question:

I'd suggest that you consult the Corsair PSU Finder on our home page for the best recommendation.

http://www.corsairmemory.com/

I tried this http://www.corsair.com/psufinder/default.aspx

And i got 4 PSUs to choose from HX620W, TX650W, TX750W, the 1000W one.

I will choose one of these: HX620W, TX650W, TX750W

But which one do you most recommend for my specs ?

All the listed PSUs would have enough power for your system and would have plenty of connectors for your current hardware. It really just depends how much head room you want to have and if you will be adding/upgrading components in the future. Also, the HX series is modular, while our TX series uses fixed cables.
