Modules Returned With RMA, But No Replacement Modules Received Yet

I sent back a Cosair memory module kit with RMA #1082743 which was received by Corsair Tech Support on 12-10-2008. The case number is #766564.

I have yet to receive any kind of status on the return/replacement of this RMA. Please help. I need to know the status of this RMA ASAP.

I am sorry about that and if you can call them in the next hour or so they may be able to help you other wise it will after January 4th when we return from the Holiday. Call 510-657-8747 or 888-222-4346 Ext "3" and ask them to check this for you.
