Ram Guy, I have to say how disappointed I am with your RMA department now. It used to be so simple but now there is so many steps it's a kind of a PIA.

 

My original post requesting an RMA number was on Tuesday. Wednesday night I sent an email since I hadn't heard from them (as per the link under your name). Since then I have received 3 emails explaining the different steps "Your RMA inquiry has been received and is being processed", "RMA Approved", "RMA Request Received","RMA Advised". WOW, seems like a lot of work just to issue an RMA id number which I still don't have after 4 days.

 

What has happened to your RMA department?
