I just wanted to thank you to Corsair for the incredible Customer Support. I needed to file for a replacement product, and the Corsair Customer Support team and process was incredibly easy to work with. Everything throughout the process was very simple and smooth, with very little stress.

 

I have been going through complete misery in dealing with an RMA for a product for a different company for 2 weeks. I have been constantly on the phone with them unable to get any kind of an update or information with what is going on. This has been driving me nuts and sending my stress level through the roof.

 

It is a relief to have the Corsair Customer Support here to work with. It makes everything much easier and I just wanted to say thank you for the help and convenience you have provided.
