TWINX1024-4000 without overclocking

Hi and thanks in advance - I'm building a new game box and am in the market for memory. I'll be using an Asus P4C800-E Deluxe and a 3.0e Prescott, overclocked and watercooled. I'm leaning toward buying TWINX1024-4000. BUT, in the future I may move the setup to a non-overclocked environment. So the question is: Will the TWINX1024-4000 still be OK if I cease the overclocking, or should I go conservative and use TWINX1024-3200LL?

Honestly, I am not sure if you can get that CPU to 250 MHz. However, you might do a search for the S-Spec at www.overclockers.com and see how high others have made out! In addition, You would be able to play with the timings a bit with XMS4000 and might get a fair O.C. on watter. So I would say go for it; depending on what you find at www.overclockers.com!
