RMA requested but no reply

I requested an AMA on 11/19 and received an email saying that my request was received, to not respond. So I have waited and gotten no RMA #. This is for a Voyager flash drive that will not work and I cannot get anything off it, the computer won't even recognize that the flash drive is connected. I was wondering if I can get it replaced or what other steps I have to take?
