Extremely Long Warranty Turn Around time

To whom it may concern, I rma'd an item on 10/24/2008 for warranty work

A 16 gig corsair survivor flash drive.


I received an rma number, and an e-mail when it arrived, However since then I have had no e-mails, phone calls or any contact what so ever. Can anyone assist me in this matter?


I can send the case number in a pm if necessary.

Our hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific time Monday through Friday, please try to call them again at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext "3" and do not hit any other extension or send an email to rma@corsairmemory.com along with your RMA# and ask them to check the status for you.

Thanks, I had the exact same question. I called the toll free number and they were able to give me a status. :)
