Can someone help me please to run this RAM @ 1600 Mhz or at least 1333 Mhz.

MoBo is set @ 400 Mhz FSB by jumper

CPU 400 * 8 = 1600 Mhz

RAM by default = 7-7-7-20 @ 533 Mhz

Changes I've made in the BIOS;

9-9-9-24-2N

Mem Volt. = 1.80v

MCH Volt. = 1.3v

I've tested with MemTest for +/- 20 hours without any error.

Download Memtest86+ V2.01 from--->

Download CPU-z from
.

With a four DRAM slot population, it is advised to drop the bandwith to 1333Mhz.

Enter BIOS, Load Setup Defaults, Save Setup Defaults and set to these values:

Advanced BIOS Features

Cell Menu

DOT Control = Disabled
Intel EIST = Disabled
Adjust CPU FSB Frequency = 400MHz (1600Mhz QDR)
Adjust CPU Ratio = 8

Advanced DRAM Configuration = Manual

Memory Clock = 1333

Memory Timings = Manual
DRAM CAS# Latency (tCL) = 9
DRAM RAS# to CAS# Delay (tRCD) = 9
DRAM RAS# Precharge (tRP) = 9
DRAM RAS# Active to Precharge (tRAS) = 24
DRAM tRFC = 48
DRAM tWR: 8
DRAM tWTR = 4
DRAM tRRD = 4
DRAM tRTP = 4
1N/2N Memory Timing = 2N

FSB/Memory Ratio = 1:2.0
Adjust PCI-e Frequency = 100Mhz
Auto Disable DIMM/PCI Frequency = Enabled
CPU Voltage = Auto
Spread Spectrum = Enabled
Memory Voltage = 1.80v
MCH Voltage: 1.3v
FSB VTT Voltage = Auto

Run Memtest for two full passes. When assured of stable DRAM, then enter Windows and Run CPU-z and post screenshots of CPU-z's CPU, Memory and SPD tabs.

Hi DerekT, thanks for the fast reaction.

I've try'ed to change the settings but could not find all of them

Memory Clock = 1333 (where to find this?)

Adjust PCI-e Frequency = 100Mhz (only Default, 37.3 or 42 is possible)

MCH Voltage: 1.3 (1.292 or 1.304, I set it to 1.304)

FSB/Memory Ratio = 1:2.0 (everyting higher than 1.33 result in an error, could not restart the system, black screen after "Save & Exit" in BIOS, and need to clear the CMos).

I post the CPUz-files with these.

memory-3208.bmp

spd-1.bmp
