voyager mini 4gb not detected anymore

I have a 4gb voyager mini, and suddenly it's not detected anymore today, even though one hour before it was still detected in my friend cpu. The problem is the warranty seal has gone (it is sticked at the usb connection, and when i de-connected it from usb port, it is scratched). To make it worse, the rubber case is also torn when i check the drive. So any suggestion what should i do ?

I live somewhere far away (Indonesia). Is it no problem?

Can the replacement sent to a different address(let's say address x, which i fill in the form) than the address used to sent the non working product?

We can replace the part for you no matter where you live. Once you get your RMA number you will also get shipping instructions and a specific address to ship the drive to.
