another RMA black hole!

I have been waiting since 24th September after receiving E-Mail that my RMA ( 2x sticks of corsair dominator 8500) had been recieved and where awaiting review by returns department and that i would be contacted shortly regarding

repair or replacement. I have now been waiting for a total of 34 days and have recieved nothing, No contact what so ever!

This is a sorry state of affairs for such a well regarded company as CORSAIR.

I do not concider that customers should chase after returns via mail,phone or otherwise, Why are the returns not delt with in a realistic time scale?

Why no contact recieved "shortly" as they stated in their E-Mail!

I feel very dissapointed with this situation.

I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status in Tech Support; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “3” or send them an email (rmaservice@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!
