xiux Posted October 27, 2008 Share Posted October 27, 2008 hello there, i used tech support express to get rma number for my 2 memory modules, got rma case #707215 and rma number 1075926. the rma status page and an email says defective parts received on 10/21/2008, i waited, and refreshed that page multiple times a day to check news :p: but almost one week later, the status page is still the same, and no more email telling me status update... so i wanted to know what shall I do now? :confused: waiting patiently is one option i guess :laughing::laughing: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
