So I bought:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16820145208

Got 2 kits for a total of 4Gb

In CPU-Z It shows up as PC3-10700H

Part# on Chip is CMX1G1600C9DHXNV (Same Part# in CPU-Z)

Newegg states its PC3-12800?

Is newegg wrong? Did I get a chip with the wrong lable?

I can't seem to get the FSB over 1333 I raised Volt to 1.9 Still fails

I get the CPU running fine with just the Multi raised to 11.5 @ 3.83 stable but as soon as I mess with the FSB it crashes either with 7-7-7-20 1T or 9-9-9-24 2T

1600MHz DRAM is PC3 12800.

You need to have a FSB of 400Mhz to run your DRAM at 1600Mhz. So, drop your multiplier to 9.5 and set your FSB to 400Mhz. This will give you 3.8Ghz and you can then set your DRAM to 1600Mhz and be stable.

ie.

Extreme Tweaker

CPU Level Up = Auto
Memory Level Up = Auto
CPU Multiplier = 9.5
FSB - Memory Clock Mode = Linked
FSB - Memory Ratio = Sync Mode
FSB (QDR) Frequency = 1600
Mem (DDR) Frequency = 1600
LDT Frequency = 5x

Memory Timing Section

P1 = Auto
P2 = Auto
tCL = 9
tRCD = 9
tRP = 9
tRAS = 24
Command Per Clock = 2T
tRRD = 1
tRC = 35
tWR = 10
tWTR = Auto
tFAW = 35
tRD = Auto
tRTP = Auto
tRFC = 60
tREF = Auto

Find your voltages as necessary.
