RMA Status

I was wondering why there have not been any updates regarding my RMA case. I received an E-Mail generated by your automated system that told me that the RMA parts I sent in were received on 10/16/2008. It was my understanding that perhaps the process would take 3-4 business days and I would be informed of any delays or issues through E-Mail. I was wondering what the status of my case was. The case number is 708360 and my RMA number is 1076045. Thank you for your time in advance.

I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status in Tech Support; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “3” or send them an email (rmaservice@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!
