RMA received.... still waiting...

I shipped my defective products to Corsair, yet have heard no reply back. I am now starting to get curious on where/when my replacement parts are going to show up. My case, #702815, says that Corsair received my defective parts 10/10/08, hence why I'm writing this forum thread. Anyhow, I would like to be informed on what's happening with my case. Thank You.

Please contact our customer service at 888-222-4346 and dial "0", (510) 657-8747 or email rmaservice@corsairmemory.com for RMA status. Unfortunately we do not have access to the RMA information from technical support, however I would suggest that you just give them a call and they should be able to help you ASAP!
