Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 22, 2008 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 22, 2008 You would need to contact HP to find out for sure. Our PSUs are standard ATX form factor, and are backwards compatible to ATX12v 2.01 or newer spec.

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 22, 2008 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 22, 2008 Unfortunately HP would be the only ones who could tell you. You might check out their support website and see if they have the power specification listed under your model. If its a newer system then I would suspect it would work, but only HP could tell you for sure.
iceman_t
ok, what would be the worst thing that would happen if i tried it? It wouldnt start popping my mobo n stuff would it? Cheers again for the reply
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 22, 2008 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 22, 2008 Most likely the system would just fail to power up, or it would power up for a quick second, and then reboot. It would be unlikely that you could damage anything.
