Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 22, 2008 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 22, 2008 I would suggest that you reset the CMOS via the CLRTC jumper on the board, and then do a quick boot up test with each module one at a time in each slot on the board, and see if you can get the system to boot up with the Corsair memory in any configuration. If both modules fail to allow the system to boot and your other modules are working without problems, then lets get the Corsair modules replaced. You can use the On Line RMA Request Form and we will be happy to replace them. Be sure to check the box that says “I've already spoken to Technical Support and/or RAM Guy.”

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 22, 2008 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 22, 2008 Normally the turnaround time is 7-10 business days, however I would suggest emailing our RMA department at rmaservice@corsairmemory.com to see if they can give you any alternative options. Wired
You can RMA the memory from anywhere in the world. Also, please DO NOT bump posts within 24 hours! You posted when they were closed, and bumped it minutes after they opened. They didn't even have a chance to see your first post, let alone the bump.
