1 Stick Bad out of 4?

Hello,

My computer has been running fine for the last several months and all the sudden it wouldn't boot up. Made beeping sounds which pointed to bad memory.

I am currently running 4 sticks of 1gb each. I pulled all the sticks out and tested each one at a time. One of the ram sticks would not boot up. Would not even post. The other 3 sticks booted up into windows just fine. So I assume that one is bad??

The ram specs are: Corsair Dominator CM2X1024-8500C5D. XMS2-8500, 1024MB, 1066MHz, 5-5-5-15. 2.2V ver4.1

Right now I am running 2 of the sticks. I understand that they should be installed in pairs, so I don't have the 3rd good stick in.

Can you help?

Thank you for your time.
