bhurleyjr
I have been using a TWINX2048-3200C2PT since 2006, one of which died. They will be returned via RMA #1076424. However, prior to my returning them I will purchase another set at BestBuy tomorrow. My concern, since a matched set of 4 is not available, I want to be absolutely sure that the set I purchase will be compatible with the replaced XMS3202v1.2 you send under My Case #711300. What pairs available at BestBuy are compatible when they are running in a 4x set. Thank yo9u for the compatibility info. Regards Bob Hurley PS: I am doing this because I can't have my computer inoperable during the replacement cycle.

The chances of marriage with two different sets of 3200 can be very problematic. There is NO support for a four DRAM slot population unless you purchase a Quad Kit and there are no Quad Kits for DDR. If you do this, there is no support.
