Ive been having headaches with these two, could there be something Im not aware of ?

Im about to RMA :(.

Memtest showed an error the first time I ran it, but its not showing them anymore. Its weird for some days it will work fine but then out of the blue, a BSoD!

If you RMA and the issue is your settings, then the RMA'd DRAM will not negate the issues.

Download memtest from--->

and extract the ISO image. Burn the ISO image to an CD-ROM disk.

Download CPU-z from-->

Download OCCT

Enter your BIOS and set to these values:

Advanced BIOS Features

Cell Menu

FSB/Memory Ratio

DOT Control = Disabled
Intel EIST = Enabled
Adjust CPU FSB Frequency = 266MHz (1066Mhz QDR)
Adjust CPU Ratio = 9

Advanced DRAM Configuration = Manual
Memory Clock = 1066
Memory Timings = Manual
DRAM CAS# Latency (tCL) = 5
DRAM RAS# to CAS# Delay (tRCD) = 5
DRAM RAS# Precharge (tRP) = 5
DRAM RAS# Active to Precharge (tRAS) = 15
DRAM tRFC = Auto
DRAM tWR: Auto
DRAM tWTR = Auto
DRAM tRRD = Auto
DRAM tRTP = Auto
Adjust PCI-e Frequency = 100Mhz
Auto Disable DIMM/PCI Frequency = Enabled

CPU Voltage = Auto
Spread Spectrum = Enabled
Memory Voltage = 2.1v
NB Voltage = 1.35v
SB Voltage = Auto
FSB VTT Voltage = Auto

Run Memtest for two full passes, then (If Stable), enter Windows and post screenshots of CPU-z's CPU, Memory and SPD tabs. Run OCCT and enter the settings button, set the monitoring to "Built In" and choose 65C as the max CPU temp. Let OCCT Run for the one hour. Please post a screenshot of Core Temp when OCCT has run for ~20 minutes.
