gzipper
1 kilobytes= 1024 bytes 1 Mega bytes = 1024x1024 bytes 1 Gigabytes = 1024x1024x1024 bytes 4 Gigabytes = 4x1024 Megabytes 4.00Gb=4x1024x1024x1024 bytes=4x1024x1024xKilobytes=4x1024xMegabytes=4096 Megabytes If that made any more sense :)

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 8, 2008 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 8, 2008 With 4 modules I would suggest setting the memory frequency at DDR667 or DDR800 and set the memory Voltage to 2.1 Volts and set the NB/MCH/SPP Voltage to +.2 Volts as well and test the system with http://www.memtest.org. In addition, with some MB's (Mostly ASUS) you have to disable legacy USB in the bios when running any memory test.
