shirehorse
Hi I recently purchased a TWIN2X4096-8500C5DF however, the sticks are different, both are 2GB, but one reports as, CM2X2048-6400C5DHX, the other as, CM2X2048-8500C5D. I've tried swapping them, but the part numbers follow. My system is unstable and keeps BOD with memory errors!
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 1, 2008 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 1, 2008 Make sure that the memory voltage is set manually to 2.1 volts, and if you still have errors, lets get them replaced! Please use the On Line RMA Request Form and we will be happy to replace them. Be sure to check the box that says “I've already spoken to Technical Support and/or RAM Guy.”
shirehorse
No RMA Number yet or response after filling in RMA form. Are these modules really compatible with the Gigabyte GA-MA790X-DS4 motherboard??
