Where to RMA in New Zealand?

Unfortunately we can only replace the memory for you with the same part number. Any returns or exchanges must be done through your reseller. If you have a failing memory module, then you would need to get and RMA number from us and you could contact our customer service at 888-222-4346 and dial "0", (510) 657-8747 or email rmaservice@corsairmemory.com to find out where to ship the parts.

Thankyou, yes its very unlikely Ill need to RMA, Ive only ever RMAd ram once and it wasnt Corsair.

I only asked here because I didnt get an email reply the first time, my followup email has produced a very satisfactory answer, thanks you have a really helpful service here.
