I have been trying since June 2008 to get compensation out of Corsair for a lengthy and financially ruining delay in the return of some RAM that went faulty. Hussain Karmally - RMA Support Supervisor is the only contact I have had from Corsair who said over 2 months ago that I would be receiving a 32GB Corsair Flash Drive as compensation for my loss. Since then I have heard nothing, received nothing and every email that I send is ignored by Corsair. Any ideas guys? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I would recommend that you contact our customer service at 888-222-4346 and dial "0" or (510) 657-8747. Give them your RMA number and they should be able to resolve this for you ASAP!
