I sent my Flash Voyager in and I got an e-mail that it was recieved and my "retun product was staged for review" and I would be contacted about repair/replacement. That was a week and a half ago. While I understand that isn't a whole lot of time, how long does it take to get the product back? Seems like it has been awhile and I have heard nothing since.
