RMA Status?

I recently used the online RMA form and was given a case number. I sent my Flash Voyager in and I got an e-mail that it was recieved and my "retun product was staged for review" and I would be contacted about repair/replacement.

 

That was a week and a half ago. While I understand that isn't a whole lot of time, how long does it take to get the product back? Seems like it has been awhile and I have heard nothing since.

 

I logged into the Tech Supprt express but it only has my personal info and nothing else.

Normally it will be 48-72 hours Monday Through Friday from the time we receive the RMA before it is processed. There have been some issues with the system reporting properly but please call our Customer Service at 888-222-4346 Option “3” and they will help you solve the problem, and our hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific Time Monday threw Friday excluding holidays!
