I had a bad stick of RAM in a kit I bought a little while back, so I filled out all the RMA stuff and sent the kit in for replacement. I got an email on 9/22/08 saying that the bad parts had been received and that I'd get a response shortly as to the state of my RMA. It's four days later and I've yet to see any progress. Is this normal or is there something wrong? The case number is 680859 and the RMA number is 1072724. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
