I had a bad stick of RAM in a kit I bought a little while back, so I filled out all the RMA stuff and sent the kit in for replacement. I got an email on 9/22/08 saying that the bad parts had been received and that I'd get a response shortly as to the state of my RMA. It's four days later and I've yet to see any progress. Is this normal or is there something wrong? The case number is 680859 and the RMA number is 1072724. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status in Tech Support; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “3” or send them an email (rmaservice@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!
