Recommended Posts

Hello Ram Guy,

I have trouble running my TWIN3X4096-1600C7DHXIN G at 1600mhz on a rampage extreme.

If I change the settings to 7-7-7-20 1.9v, my mobo won't even start up.

Your settings looks good, but I would suggest testing the modules one at at time in the slot furthest from the CPU. If both modules fail on their own, then I would drop the CPU ratio to 7x and retest, just to make sure the CPU isn't holding you back. Let us know your results!

The modules you have do not have the XMP Profiles on the modules SPD, if the modules label says they are indeed the "IN" part then we can get them replaced if you like but the settings can be set manually if you do not want to go through that.

Let's get them replaced, please use the On Line RMA Request Form and we will be happy to replace them.
