burntkrspy Posted September 17, 2008 Share Posted September 17, 2008 I have a VS512MB400 module and a VS1GB400C3 module, both of which fail memtest regularly. I replaced both sticks with identical replacements and memtest cleared 25 passes with no errors using the new memory. I need an RMA for both please. Thank you! Be sure to check the box that says “I've already spoken to Technical Support and/or RAM Guy.” Since the memory modules are 2 different part numbers you may have to submit two separate requests, however I would encourage you to contact our customer service at 888-222-4346 and dial "0", (510) 657-8747 or email rmaservice@corsairmemory.com to see if they can set it up so that you only have a single case for both modules.
