leszer
So.. after running a Vista memtest, it reports my memory as bad.. I can't seem to locate the part that is bad as I've switched out every module but get the same message / BSOD.. I request RMA on it and they want me to just ship them my memory, leaving my computer COMPLETELY in-op in the meantime? My computer is partially operational at least while I HAVE my memory, allowing me to work, if I send in my ram I lose even that. There is no cross shipping? I'm seriously going to have to buy new ram?
Wired
You'd have to call in and ask Customer Support about that. It's not something they're normally equipped to do (taking a form of payment / deposit / CC info for a cross shipment). I'm assuming you're RMA'ing them via Corsair? Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted September 16, 2008 Corsair Employees Share Posted September 16, 2008 What settings have you manually set for the memory and CPU in the BIOS? And are you trying to replace them through us or with your reseller?
