The Welder
I bought a matching pair of modules (they came as a pair) from one of your authorised resellers, however I have confirmed that one of the pair is faulty. Given that they were purchased and are supplied as a pair, can I get the pair replaced or am I only allowed to get the faulty module replaced? Also, if I am allowed to get the pair replaced, do I need to get an RMA code for each module or will one RMA cover both modules?
Wired
It's always recommended to replace the pair. Just RMA it as QUANTITY 1, part # TWINX2048-3200C2PT.
