Steel Angel
A little while back, I was getting failures to boot and after much cursing, I googled the BSOD message I was getting and popped in Memtest based on the recommendations I read. My system had two sticks of XMS3200 RAM, specifically product CMX1024-3200C2PT. When I removed on of the two sticks, my system works fine and Memtest detects no errors. When I use just the other stick, my system BSODs or freezes up and Memtest will spit back thousands of errors in the span of time it takes me to go to the bathroom. So I suspect that I may have a dead stick of RAM and would like to go about getting it replaced under warranty. What other information would Corsair need to go about this?
