PSU has died. Have RMA Number - Do I send cables?

Hi all,


My hx620 modular sadly died this week, I have contacted corsair and have a RMA number and I am ready to send. I have packed the PSU but do not know if I need to included the cables (I have already packed them). I'd hate to send the PSU and cables if it is a standard procedure to send out another PSU only - as i'd be left with nothing to plug in.


Also, despite looking everywhere for the original box I cannot find it :( I have packed the psu well though in a substitute box. Will it be ok?

I'd just like to express my thanks on your excellent support Corasair. I received a new PSU less then 10 days after sending my original. Very impressed.
